Satellite Nursing Conference

Dear colleagues,

The Society of Nurses of Anaesthesia and Intensive Care established ten years ago is celebrating its first anniversary. In 10 years we have striven to strengthen the prestige of nurse profession, we developed and enhanced cooperation with various organisations in Lithuania and foreign countries, shared with you our knowledge, experience and dedication to our profession.

We are very friendly, therefore we united with other organisation to create a team while organising events to make them as worthwhile as possible. This event is not an exception. The team organising the event has united: Anaesthesia and Intensive Care Nurses Association, Lithuanian Association of University Education for Nurses, Lithuanian Operating Nurses Association, Nursing Institute of Health Sciences, Vilnius University, Center of Excellence of Healthcare and Pharmacy Specialists.

We are very pleased that such lovely event crowns the anniversary year of the association. We appreciate cooperation and friendship with our partners – the Lithuanian Society of Anaesthesiology and Intensive Care.

We developed very relevant and interesting program for this event, which includes verbal presentations of nurses from different countries. Poster presentations are also available for your consideration.

Another lovely surprise – workshops. You will have an opportunity to improve your professional skills and to obtain new professional knowledge in workshops with free registration. Practical sessions will take place every hour from 10:00 to 12:00 in the meeting halls and at the Intersurgical UAB stand up to the end of conference at 16:30. We have separate registration to the practical sessions.

We also made some arrangements to help you to avoid language barrier in obtaining knowledge, thus, you will have simultaneous translations available. Do not forget to order this service during your registration.

The event takes place in a very nice location, near the impressively beautiful Vilnius Old City architecture heritage. It provides you with the opportunity both to improve your professional knowledge and to have a nice time in the Lithuanian capital-city.

We are looking forward to see you the event.

The Nursing Section Organising Committee.
